Customer Admin users can assign application access to users on the My Account > Team page. Refer to the descriptions below to learn more about user attributes.
Amplify
Turn your client’s customers, employees, and ambassadors into a marketing force for their brand. Display their social media posts and user-generated content directly on their website, online newsroom, or on-screen as part of an event.
Administrator: Administrators have full access to all features in Amplify, including the ability to create, edit, delete, and moderate Amplify feeds.
Manager: Managers currently have the same access rights as Administrators in Amplify.
Users: Users can view Amplify feeds but cannot create, edit, or moderate them.
Connect
Select this option to enable Connect, in order to then set the user’s level of access within Connect via the Contact Management section below.
Contact Management
Access Connect to add and organize your own contacts & media lists, and track analytics for email distributions sent to them via the Distribute workflows.
Basic Contact Management functionality. Remember to first activate Connect when assigning the following permissions:
Connect Manager: As a Connect Manager, you have the ability to apply list permissions for access across associated Agency & Client accounts.
Connect User: As a Connect User, you do not have access to list permissions for access across associated Agency & Client accounts.
When enabled, Media Contacts Database, in addition to Contact Management, also gives users access to Notified’s curated outlets & editorial calendar details, along with hundreds of thousands of media contacts to also add to your lists or send individual Personalized Pitch emails to, extending your reach even further. Please reach out to your Account Manager for more details.
Distribute
Distribute your message to wire networks, email lists, and regulatory destinations.
Full Service Manager: As a Full Service Manager, you are able to upload, set schedule, and submit press releases for processing by our Editorial team. Approval review available upon request.
Self Service Manager: As a Self Service Manager, you are able to create, edit, schedule & publish press releases directly from the Distribute platform.
Enriched Email Manager: As Enriched Email Manager, you are able to create feature-rich, customized and engaging emails for your specific audiences.
ERN User: As an ERN User, you can create and schedule European regulatory releases for your specific stock market. Contact our Client Support team for access to this role.
ERS User: As an ERS User, you can fulfill your filing obligations towards the Frankfurt Stock exchange directly from GlobeNewswire. Contact our Client Support team for access to this role.
Read Only: As a Read only user, you can access already published press releases & view Newswire Analytics reports.
EDGAR Filings Service
Essential EDGAR Filing services, including submitting your GlobeNewswire press release on a 6-K or 8-K form (EDGAR Direct) and all other SEC form types, including quarterly, annual and periodic reports (EDGAR Complete).
EDGAR Manager: Create, approve, and schedule EDGAR filings & create, and edit EDGAR filer profile details.
EDGAR User: Create, approve, and schedule EDGAR filings.
Listen
Monitor your client’s brand mentions across a range of media and social channels. Understand the impact of your campaigns and messages on brand reputation.
Administrator: Administrators have full access to all features and settings in Listen. This includes the ability to create, edit, and delete search profiles, generate API keys, and manage the visibility of search profiles for other users.
Manager: Managers can create, edit, and delete search profiles. However, they do not have access to API key management or the ability to modify search profile visibility for themselves or others.
User: Users can view Listen search results, but do not have permission to create, edit, or delete search profiles.
Measure
Get detailed metrics and insights across your client’s earned media, owned social media accounts, and media & contact outreach with the full picture. Brand tracking, competitive benchmarking, media coverage – measure it all in one place.
Administrator: Administrators have full access to all Measure features, including the creation, editing, and deletion of Measure dashboards.
Manager: Managers currently have the same permissions as Administrators in Measure.
User: Users can view Measure templates, download PDFs, and set up reports. However, they cannot edit or delete saved dashboards.
IR Events
Deliver seamless earnings events, webcasts, and conference calls with secure, reliable, modern technology supported by experienced world-class staff.
Full-Service: Full-Service users can access events menu including Conference Calls, Control Booths, Event Reporting and more. They may also upload content or manage speaker access links but are not able to create events or edit event details.
Self-Service: Self-Service users can access all features of the Events including Conference Calls, Control Booths, Event Reporting and more. They may also manage all event content, as well as create, edit, and delete their own events with few restrictions.
Inactive: Inactive users have no access to IR Events features.
SEDAR Filing Service
Essential SEDAR Filing services, including submitting your GlobeNewswire press release on filing (SEDAR Direct) and all other filing types, including interim reports, annual reports, financial statements, material change reports, and prospectuses (SEDAR Complete).
SEDAR Manager: Create, approve, and schedule SEDAR filings & create, and edit SEDAR filer profile details.
SEDAR User: Create, approve, and schedule SEDAR filings.
Webhosting

Website Manager: Users can access all features of the IR Website through the IR Hub, upload and manage files securely via Secure File Upload, and preview, create, and publish content in the Drupal CMS.

Whistleblower
The Notified whistleblower hotline helps protect your company and employees through an anonymous corporate reporting system.
Account Manager: Manages user accounts, including creating accounts and resetting passwords. Cannot view or edit message content.
Advisor: Can edit message content but cannot view, send, or respond to messages. No access to account management.
Contributor: Has full access to messages and reports but cannot manage user accounts.
Master User: Full access to all system features, including messages, reports, and user administration.
Reporting User: Can view high-level reports related to messages and account activity but cannot view message content.
View-Only User: Can view messages and reports but cannot edit message content or manage accounts.
Alert-Only User: Receives alerts only. Cannot view message content or access reports.
Inactive: Inactive users have no access to Whistleblower Hotline features
