Access the Newsroom

Begin by navigating to the Newsroom and selecting the Newsroom you wish to edit. Click on the "Newsroom" submenu to enter edit mode.
On the left, you'll find the editing panel, where all changes to your newsroom can be made. Please note that any changes you save will be applied immediately in your newsroom.

Change Language and Customize Labels

Under the General Settings section, click on Manage Labels.

This will bring up a pop-up window with several options:

  1. Language Selection and Autofill Labels: You can choose the language by selecting from pre-set options like English, Swedish, and Norwegian. For other languages, you can manually input translations for all labels.

  2. Customizing Labels: You can edit each individual label according to your preferences. For example, the default label "Content" in the menu refers to "Press Kits." If you would prefer to label it as "Press Kits" instead, simply type the new label and click Save Changes. You will immediately see the update reflected in the menu.

This process can be applied to all labels. If you are unsure about what each label corresponds to, you can either test the changes or contact our support team for clarification.

Customize the Follow Modal

Scrolling further down, you will find the option to customize the "Follow Modal," which is the pop-up window that appears when someone clicks the "Follow" button in your newsroom. You have the flexibility to modify the text in this window to suit your preferences.

By following these steps, you can easily personalize the language and labels in your newsroom to enhance user experience and make it more aligned with your branding.
