Sometimes we get the question why the news report was not sent out. In 9/10 cases we see that they have been delivered, but not opened. If this is the case, then your news report has probably landed in your junk mail. The easiest way to fix this is to right-click the mail and press either "Not Spam" (Gmail) or"Mark as Not Spam" (outlook).

If the news report is not in your junk mail, it's most likely that your internal IT-department has a more advanced spam filter. You can always talk to them and ask them to whitelist emails coming from "noreply@notified.com".
