Sometimes we get the question why the news report was not sent out. In 9/10 cases we see that they have been delivered but not opened. Then the news report has probably landed in your junk mail. The easiest way to fix this is to right-click the mail and press either "Not Spam" (Gmail) or"Mark as Not Spam" (outlook).

Should it be that the message is not in the junk mail, the most likely possibility is that your internal IT-department has a more advanced spam filter. You can always talk to them and ask them to send through emails coming from "noreply@notified.com".
